Exchange/ Return Policy

NO EXCHANGE/ NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM CAPS OR FEDORAS.

If you decide not to keep the APPAREL you purchased with BLKJESSEJAMESHATS you can send it back for a refund under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. 
• Returned items must be unworn, with original tags attached. 
• No makeup, stains or any damages. 
• You will be refunded (excluding shipping cost).

Note: 

Shipping cost can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is refunded.
